From analog to digital

Anders from NFB reached out to us with a desire to undergo a digital transformation. They were working in old systems, struggling with heavy administration, and had few resources.

NFB, tasked with developing and establishing competency certificates for training within Swedish recreational boating, faced a new challenge: digitization!

The result was a new concept with three new technical platforms: an app, a public website, and an educational platform.

With clear digital processes, they obtained several digital solutions with all the data in one place.

Through BankID signing, customer identity is ensured, and data is then delivered to the app, the Digital Certificate. The same database is also used when ordering the new certificate cards on the website.

Higher conversion rates, reduced support needs, and decreased administration were three of the benefits of the project.
